What is the capacity of Magnolia Hall in terms of halls and guests?
Magnolia Banquet Hall includes two ballrooms: the Main Ball Room and the Jasmine Ball Room. The Main Ball Room can hold up to 1000 people for concerts and 480 people for dining. The Jasmine Ball Room is ideal for smaller gatherings of up to 150 guests. 

When should I reserve my event date?

Because most clients prefer to host events on weekends, it's critical to make your reservation well in advance to guarantee your preferred date. For significant occasions like weddings, galas, and corporate parties, reservations made a full year in advance or more are not uncommon.

Do you employ a caterer on your own?

Sure, we have in-house caterers La Jawab & Fahad restaurant who specialize in Indian, continental and Pakistani food.

what about your  parking ?

We have 2 level underground parking, that is completely free for our clients.  Make any season event more comfortable for yoru guest.

Are outside caterers permitted?

Yes, we have access to recommended caterers who offer a wide selection of extra food alternatives that cover all nationalities and cultural traditions in addition to our in-house catering options.

Is there audio/visual equipment on the premises?

Yes, we have state-of-the-art HD projection screens, industry-leading sound, and lighting installed in our facilities.Compared to conventional setups, this equipment is "built in" and less obtrusive. 

Do I need an appointment to view the hall ?

It is best to make an appointment to minimize wait time and ensure the right specialist is available to discuss your event. Please feel free to visit us and make inquires anytime.

Can you accomodate corporate events ?

Yes, we have lot of experience with corporate events such as seminars, product launches and AGMs. We offer  podiums, built need screens and state-of-the-art AV equipment to support your event.

What will it cost me to book your venue ?

Your cost depends on few factors including food package you pick, number of guest  & dates picked. Our high peak wedding season is summer months from MAY till SEP each year and winter months are low peak seasons.
